Increment Remote Start time?
2015 GMC 1500 slt.
Would in that location be a parameter to suit for this truck'south remote outset time? I have pro HPT but I've merely used it for my LS1 car.

I take not seen a mode to edit this yet, maybe someone else has.
I thought I read in one case that information technology'due south something in the BCM that controls this. The only way is to use information technology, permit information technology run for 10min simply press the button again before than 10min mark to extend it some other 10min.

I am very interested in this likewise. I have a remote key fob. The door locks piece of work just the remote start never has. The dealerships tell me the ECU is not set up upward for information technology? Information technology is my understanding if the door locks piece of work and so should the remote start.

Practice you mean how long it cranks earlier it starts, or how long it will run after starting with remote beginning?

300 seconds is only 5 minutes. If it was the parameter in question information technology would be 600 seconds. And the limit is 1 restart that I've read.

If your truck came with remote commencement fobs, then it should piece of work. You most probable have dtc stored causing it to not work.

Ah, the plot thickens. It did not come with the play tricks. I "negotiated" with the dealer at purchase. It had no play a joke on and but one cardinal. I said I wanted the remote locks capability or, no deal. He said OK and that it had to be programed for it (the fob). I just mentioned remote locks. I didn't say anything near remote beginning. Looks like my bad.The remote offset has never worked. The locks work fine. Is there a Body Control Module reference? It seems like I have the ability to suit remote start. I remember I have seen in the posts here all the same, only because we have the "screen" doesn't necessarily mean the ECU has information technology. I accept read in other publications the GMC trucks all used the aforementioned ECU and ECU capability,unlike the Chevy's. In other word's Denali downward to fleet truck, aforementioned ECU. I do non know if that is truthful. I did read it in a reputable periodical. If that's the case the remote commencement "on" switch might be elsewhere.
